North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic is proud to welcome Seth Jacobs, PT, DPT, to its
growing team of providers serving the Shoals community. He brings a strong academic
foundation and a passion for helping patients recover, regain strength, and return to the
activities they love.
Jacobs earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Kinesiology from Freed-Hardeman
University before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Harding University. His
education and clinical experience have prepared him to deliver individualized, evidence
based care that aligns with NABJC’s mission of putting patients first.
NABJC’s team believes in offering personalized, accessible care and building lasting
relationships with the people they serve. Jacobs shares that commitment. He looks
forward to working one-on-one with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that
meet their unique goals, whether that is recovering from surgery, overcoming an injury, or
improving overall mobility and quality of life.
“I am excited to join NABJC and to work alongside such an experienced and dedicated
team,” Jacobs said. “My goal is to help each patient return to the activities they enjoy with
confidence and strength.”
Adding Jacobs to the physical therapy team helps NABJC continue to provide stability and
continuity, allowing patients to build long term relationships and trust with their care team.
“His dedication to clinical excellence and patient-centered care reflects a deep
understanding of best practices, making him a trusted and capable resource for our
patients and our team,” said Charlie Farquhar, Director of Physical Therapy at NABJC.
By expanding the physical therapy team, NABJC continues to strengthen its ability to
provide specialty care right here at home. Patients can access high level orthopedic and
rehabilitation services without traveling outside the Shoals, an important part of the
mission to keep care close to home.
The team invites the community to join them in giving Seth Jacobs a warm welcome to the
NABJC family. They are excited to see the positive impact he will make in the lives of
patients and in the Shoals community.
